Terms of Service

  • My T.O.S. may change without prior notice.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission request without reason. Refunds are only allowed if the commission has not yet been started after the sketching phase.

  • If you wish to cancel the commission at any time, you will receive either a partial refund or no refund depending on the stage of your commission.

  • I will send a WIP sketch for approval. This will be the only phase where revisions are allowed.

  • Major revisions after completion may lead to additional fees.

Payment

  • My prices may change at any time, but I will confirm the price with you before getting started on the sketch.

  • Payment will be done through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle in USD.

  • I will not continue your commission past the sketching phase until I receive the payment.

Uses and Rights

  • Once a piece is complete, you are free to use and post it.

  • You must credit me when using and posting your commission.

  • I am allowed to use and post the artwork for my own use unless stated otherwise.

  • You're not allowed to redistribute or resell these commissions.

  • You may NOT, under any circumstances, use my work for NFTs or any sort of AI art bot training.

  • You agree to these Terms of Service when commissioning me.
